McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets contain no dairy ingredients. The only food allergen of potential concern for some people is wheat.
Keep in mind that this applies to the McNuggets only without dipping sauce. Some sauces have dairy as we will explain below.

McDonald’s Dipping Sauces & Dairy
While McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets do not have dairy, you should be cautious about selecting a dipping sauce if you wish to avoid dairy. Some of the sauces have dairy, but not all.
According to the McDonald’s website, its Spicy Buffalo and Creamy Ranch dipping sauces contain dairy. All other dipping sauces do not have dairy (see the table below). Most ranch dressings/sauces have dairy so keep this in mind beyond just McDonald’s if you want to avoid dairy.
